Nearing 50 years’ experience in the construction industry, Mike D’Ambrosio has supervised the on-site operations for major institutional, commercial, industrial and civil projects. He has been involved in new construction as well as renovations to existing facilities.
As a General Superintendent, he has been involved with the day-to-day supervision of the construction of the project, in strict accordance with the contract documents. He has experience and proficiency in all divisions of work, materials and handling, overall logistics, scheduling and cost control.
His involvement with the project process includes safety reviews, all required signage, general accessibility throughout the project, shop drawing procurement and interpretation, as well as review of long lead items. Also of importance are the reviews of adequate staff count and the alignment of service elevators for construction use.
With strong technical, communication and time-management skills, his relationships with owners, subcontractors, unions, project managers, engineers and superintendents have given him a proven track record of getting the job done on time and on budget
